HOW TO BOOK Click on your chosen seminar date (above) to pay for your place online using either a debit or credit card or PayPal. NB You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay online.
On receipt of your payment, a confirmation email and registration form will be sent to you with details of the venue along with a map and directions. If the seminar you've paid for is already fully booked I'll contact you to arrange an alternative date.
Regrettably, fees paid are not refundable unless the seminar is cancelled (in which case a full refund will be issued).

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR DISCOUNT
When you book online PayPal will charge you £75. I will refund whatever discount you're entitled to in cash when you attend your chosen seminar. Please inform me in advance so I can ensure that you receive the correct cash refund.
Magazine, newspaper and poster discount codes can only be used in conjunction with the single attendee rate and do not apply to the bring-a-friend discount, ie. you cannot add the two discounts together.

I run a 3.5-hour Follow-up Seminar for those who've already attended an Adore Yourself Slim Seminar, which is a great way to learn from others' experiences, push on past a weight-loss plateau and reignite motivation.
Follow-up Adore Yourself Slim Seminars cost £45 per person and include two group hypnosis sessions, healthy refreshments plus a lipstick from The Body Shop, worth £9.
